  • Cauliflower 1 flower
  • 1 chopped big onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 cup curd
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp ghee
  • 1 piece of charcoal

Method :

Take 1 cup of curd add all the ingredients together and let them marinate for 1 hour. Take the marinated cauliflower and shallow fry them in vegetable oil. Place all the fried cauliflower in a bowl and place a smaller bowl in the middle and place a piece of heated charcoal and pour ½ tsp of ghee over it. Once the smoke starts appearing from the charcoal cover the big bowl with a lid and let sit for 10 minutes. Voila, your cauliflower tandoori is ready to serve.

2. Egg white veggie omelet :

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 small tomato
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 1 green chili
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Method :

Mix all the ingredients and pour into an oiled pan. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. When the mixture is well cooked flip it over and roll the omelet over and serve hot. Add the preferred amount of pepper over the omelet.

3. Refreshing veggie salad :

Ingredients :

  • 1 large sliced tomato
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • ½ cabbage chopped into bite-size pieces
  • ½ capsicum chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 5 tsp olive oil

Method :

Add the vegetable oil to a warm pan. Add the chopped garlic to the oil and let it brown. Once the flavor is infused with the oil remove the pan from the stove and pour the oil into another container. Now in the same pan add the onions and fry them for 1 minute and then add all the other vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Do not let the vegetables be fully cooked. Remove the vegetables from the pan add the oil we prepared earlier to the vegetables and give it a good mix. Then add the honey and pepper to the vegetables and give them a good combination. Eat the salad at the earliest to taste its fresh flavor.

4. Savory mushroom soup :

Ingredients :

  • ¼ cup mushroom
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup spring onion chopped

Method :

Add vegetable oil to a pot and fry the onions until transparent. Add the mushroom and stir for 5 minutes. Then add the vegetable broth cover the pot with a lid and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the pot from the stove add the pepper and spring onions to garnish the soup and enjoy!
